Yes. We use industrial-grade PETG and structural print settings designed for impact and long-term durability.

PETG is scratch-resistant but not scratch-proof. Surface marks may appear, but it remains safe and functional.

No. PETG does not off-gas after printing. It has no chemical odor and is safe indoors.

Our rope is natural cotton sash cord with a nylon core for rigidity. Unlike sisal, it doesn't sheds and is fully replaceable.

PETG is recyclable through specialized programs. We print-to-order to reduce waste.

The wide bases and engineered geometry keep the system stable even with active or multi-cat use. Very tall builds can be wall-anchored if desired.

All tall, free-standing structures have a small amount of natural movement, and Meow Mews is no different. A little flex is normal and intentional because it helps absorb force when cats jump or climb. What you should not feel is instability. When assembled correctly, the system remains secure, balanced, and safe for daily use, even with large or active cats.

Most cats warm up quickly. Place the kit near favorite windows or paths. Some need one to two weeks to explore new structures.

Can I buy a replacement canopy or rope?

Wipe PETG with mild soap and water. Avoid solvents. Rope and textiles are replaceable when worn.

Yes. It typically lasts 2–4 years depending on use and can be replaced easily.

PETG is non-toxic, but ingestion is unsafe. Replace chewed parts and monitor aggressive chewers.

All of our products are made-to-order and finished by hand. This ensures precision and reduces waste. Therefore, it takes 1-2 weeks for orders to ship.
