Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and undamaged.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Ship returns to the warehouse address listed in our contact information.

Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds include the purchase price minus any original shipping or delivery costs.
Include your order number (for online purchases) or receipt (for retail purchases).

Customized or personalized products, such as special colors or name engravings, are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

Location and Size
Products are larger than they may appear online. Check the product dimensions and ensure you have sufficient floor space and height clearance before purchasing.

Shipping Damages, Proof of Damage

If your product arrives damaged, take clear photos of the damaged product and its shipping container, then contact customer service at hello@meowmews.com within 96 hours of delivery.
Our customer care team will evaluate the claim and, if approved, send a replacement part at no cost.

Material, Surface Appearance, and Safety

Meow Mews products are designed for cats and small pets up to 30 pounds. They are not meant for human or human toddlers for any activity, including but not limited to climbing, sitting, or standing. Meow Mews' structure is not a stool or a ladder.

Normal wear, such as scratches, bite marks, or rope fraying, is expected and not covered by warranty.
Polymer and rope components naturally wear over time, depending on pet activity and environment.
Worn-out ropes can be easily replaced.

Materials:
Meow Mews products are made from PETG polymer, reinforced with wood dowels for flexibility and strength.
Minor color variations, visible print lines, or small surface marks are normal for 3D-printed parts and do not qualify as defects.
Wood parts may show natural grain, knots, or slight texture differences. These are inherent to the material and not grounds for replacement.

Warranty Coverage

Structural Polymer Components (3D-Printed Bases, Columns, Finials, Connectors, exposed wooden elements)

Covered for 18 months from the date of delivery.
If a structural part fails under normal use, contact customer care.
Once the claim is approved, a replacement part will be shipped at no cost.

Accessories (Cushions, Canopies, and other Soft Elements)

Covered for 12 months from the date of delivery.
Normal wear, fading, or fraying is not covered.

Ropes

Covered for 6 months from the date of delivery.
Normal wear, fading, or fraying is not covered.

Warranty exclusions:

Exposure to extreme heat, cold, moisture, or prolonged direct sunlight.
Products modified, reassembled incorrectly, or used for any unintended purpose.
Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality.

Evaluation and Replacement Process

If you believe a product or part is defective:

Contact hello@meowmews.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
Our customer care team will review the case.
If approved, a replacement part will be sent free of charge.

Wood Structure and Natural Variation

Meow Mews products include wood components that may vary naturally in grain, color, and texture.
During production, all parts are inspected for form and function.
If a part shows mechanical damage or deformation that affects performance, it will be replaced or refunded.
Minor surface cracks that do not affect the function or safety of the product are natural and do not qualify for warranty claims.

Variation of Colors and Shades

Meow Mews uses natural and synthetic materials such as wood, polymer, cotton, and rope.
Products shown on the website were photographed under studio lighting.
Actual color tones may vary due to differences in raw materials, lighting, or screen display settings.
Such variations are normal and not grounds for replacement or refund.

Product Variations and Ongoing Design Updates

At Meow Mews, continuous improvement is part of our design philosophy. Variations and updates to product design, engineering, shapes, and materials are an integral part of our commitment to innovation and quality. From time to time, we make refinements to ensure that every product we deliver represents the best and most current version of our design.

As a result, there may be slight differences between the products, components, or finishes shown online and the items you receive. This may also apply if you have purchased Meow Mews kits or components in the past — updates and improvements made since your original purchase may result in design variations in newer parts.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept that new versions may replace earlier iterations, and older versions of parts may not always be available. These updates may also include minor changes in shades, textures, or finishes, while maintaining the overall aesthetic, proportions, and design language that define Meow Mews.

Our promise remains the same: to continually evolve and deliver the highest quality, most refined version of every Meow Mews creation.

International Customers (Outside the U.S.)

We accept international orders and warranty claims.

Return and replacement shipping costs for orders outside the U.S. are the responsibility of the buyer.
Processing and delivery times vary by region and carrier.
Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are not included in the product price and must be paid by the buyer.

Gift cards are not refundable.
All Meow Mews products are made in the U.S. using PETG polymer with wood reinforcements.
Minor aesthetic variations are part of the 3D printing process and natural materials.
These differences highlight the individuality of each product and do not affect performance or quality.
