Custom Colors

If you want your kit to match your interior, stand out as a centerpiece, or match your cat’s personality, we can produce custom color options on request. Soft neutrals, bold accents, or unique finishes — let us know what you have in mind.

Custom Parts

If your cat has special preferences or your space requires a specific layout, we can offer variations of platforms, rests, columns, canopies, and base components. Our system allows for creative configurations without compromising safety or performance.

Special Needs and Behavior-Driven Adjustments

If your cat is a senior, a large-breed, a jumper, a cautious climber, or has mobility needs, tell us. We can suggest or create adjustments such as lower entry points, closer platform spacing, wider steps, added grips, or reinforced structures.

Custom Product Returns

Customized Meow Mews products are made specifically for you. Because custom colors, custom parts, and special-request configurations are produced on demand, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Before we begin production, we will confirm all details with you to ensure accuracy. Once approved, the order moves directly into manufacturing and cannot be modified or canceled.

If a customized item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and provide a solution under our warranty and support policy.
